If you would like to be a food or non-food vendor at this event please fill out the form below.
Upon receiving your application, you will be contacted by an event representative to go over your application and discuss pricing details. Submitting this form DOES NOT guarantee or confirm your spot in this event. All applications are presented in front of the board and event management reserves the right to reject any application.
Food Vendors
The cost for a food vendor space will be discussed once your application is received. A food vendor space includes a tent and electricity for all days of the event. Upon receipt of your application an event representative will contact you. If your application is accepted you will be required to fill additional application for the City/Village the event takes place in, as well as provide additional licenses and health inspection reports. Each food vendor is also required to provide a certificate of insurance for this event.
Non-Food Vendors
The cost for a vendor space will be discussed once your application is received. A vendor space includes a 10x10 or 10x20 tent with basic electricity for all days of the event.
