Return Policy

All Sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. The standard policy for venues, and many artists, teams etc. is no refunds or exchanges.

All tickets are non-transferrable.

Rescheduled Event

We will notify you ASAP. If and event date/time is rescheduled or postponed, there are nocancellations, refunds, or exchanges. Tickets for a postponed event will be honored for rescheduledevent date. New tickets will not need to be issued. In the event you cannot attend the event Ticket Wiz may attempt to sell your tickets to recover your costs on the tickets that were acquired. However there is no guarantee you will receive any credit back.

Cancelled Event

We will notify you ASAP. If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an Act of God (rainout, earthquake, flood etc.), war terrorism, strike, or lock out, you will be provided a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets, minus shipping charges. TICKETS MUST BE RETURNED WITH IN 14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCMENT OF THE EVENT CANCELLATION. We suggest returning the tickets via a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made.

No Shipping to PO Box

Ticket Wiz uses FedEx as our preferred method of shipping and FedEx will only deliver packages to an actual street address.

Wrong Tickets

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving incorrect tickets and Ticket Wiz will make arrangements and resolve any questions.

Replacement Tickets

If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed please contact us.

For damaged or destroyed print at home tickets, print again from the link in your confirmation email.

Seating

General Admission tickets do not guarantee seating. For best position please arrive 30 minutes prior to show time. VIP tickets allow access to the front of the stage area, to access this area you MUST have a VIP ticket or bracelet which you will receive when you show your VIP ticket or ticket receipt at event entrance.

Fees

A non-refundable service charge will be added to the purchase price of each ticket. In the instance of an event cancellation, this fee will not be returned.
