Youth Supervision Policy
Youth Supervision Policy (YSP) in conjunction with the following Code of Conduct Policy is established to ensure that all of our guests enjoy a safe, pleasant, and family-friendly festival environment.
All visitors aged 17 and under must be accompanied at all times by a parent or supervising adult age 21 or older.
Guests
- Guests aged 17 and under are required to be accompanied by and remain with a parent or adult aged 21 or older at all times.
- Unsupervised youth aged 17 and under will not be admitted without a parent or supervising adult aged 21 or older.
- Proof of age will be required for the supervising adult. Those who fail to produce proper identification will be asked to leave the property.
- Proper identification includes a state-issued driver's license or ID card, a passport, or a military ID. The identification must include a photograph, date of birth and be tamperproof.
- One adult may accompany up to 3 youths. The supervising adults must remain with the youths at all times.
- Supervising adult may accompany up to 3 youths, must remain with the youth at all times, and is responsible for the actions of the youth(s) they accompany.
Code of Conduct
Cooperation is expected from all event participants, and event staff will actively enforce this code during the events. Misconduct includes, but is not limited to:
Illegal, irresponsible, or unsafe use of alcohol is prohibited.
- Use of Illegal Substances.
- Obscene or offensive gestures, including the use of obscene or offensive gestures through imagery, symbolism, banners, signs, or other visual deemed offensive.
- Unwelcomed sexual attention, advances, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that interferes with or intrudes upon an individual's enjoyment of or participation in the festival.
- Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten, or bring discomfort to other people or personal property.
- Creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment including but not limited to taunting, physical or verbal advances, remarks, bullying, offensive jokes, harassing, talking or sharing of sexually explicit pictures, intimidation, or stalking.
- Distracting, interacting with, or in any way interfering with a service animal.
- Accessing restricted areas without proper credentials.
- Advocating for or encouraging any of the behavior listed above.
